That brought us in to look at the trailer, which we did without a salesperson breathing down our backs in fact we walked all the campers and didn't meet Rick until we went inside. we were pleasantly surprised by Ricks straight forward and honest approach towards our sale. Finance was a breeze Tiffany explained everything and made us very comfortable making such a big purchase. And then the day we took delivery we were with Rick again and he was great he not only did he show us every part of our new camper he explained how everything functions and how to maintain it to get the most enjoyment from our camper. He also to the time to check my hitch and equipment so I would be able to travel home, then he called me to make sure we arrived home safely. I went to Scenic Roads and Cedar City RV after a poor experience at a larger RV dealership. The difference was night and day. The sales team was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. When we returned to Scenic Roads for our trade-in, walkthrough and final paperwork - it couldn't have gone better. Rick and Tiffany were awesome. We received one of the most complete walkthroughs I've ever had. What a friendly and experienced team! I highly recommend Scenic Roads and Cedar City to anyone looking for a new RV or anyone that is ready to upgrade.

Very friendly, but extremely busy. If it feels like they're ignoring you or don't want your business they're probably helping someone else or attempting to get a quick bite to eat just be patient and they will deliver excellent customer service. We purchased a travel trailer that was on consignment here last week and couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. We had new tires put on before we left with it and the price was more than fair in my opinion. The gentleman who did the walk around with us was awesome. Janet and Kevin have always treated me great. I started with a popup I bought from them and soon discovered that popups are a pain for us seniors so I traded for a Retro and discovered it was too small and I traded the Retro for a 23' Vision by Kz. They gave me great trade in values plus discounts on the new. The Scenic Roads people are good folks.

We travel for 5 months during the summer in a 5th wheel RV. One year our AC Unit died during a heatwave. Kevin fit us in and installed a new unit in the time he said it would take and for the price we were quoted. This year we were having an issue with our slide out motor. Again, Kevin fit us in and took care of us. We were fortunate we were near Manchester when we needed work done on our 5th Wheel. Too bad we live in So Florida. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

We stopped here two days in a row trying to decide if we wanted to purchase a camper. We talked to two different salesmen who were very helpful. Neither were pushy or aggressive. Since it is a major purchase for us, I had many questions. We had narrowed it down to the Sun Lite 16 BH and a 10 foot Sun Lite off road tear drop. We did purchase the Sun Lite 16 BH and couldn't be any happier. We looked at many campers at several locations and chose to purchase at Scenic Roads. Service so far has been excellent.

We bought our first RV ever there in November and it was a great experience. We've been excited all winter to take it out and finally did 2 weeks ago and everything worked great on our MPG 2120 which is perfect for 2 people and a dog!
